Shannon began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2002. When she began, services were provided to the client within their home setting and over the past two decades she has supported clients across multiple settings that include the community, care facilities, public school settings, private school settings and group homes.

In 2007, she began working with law firms and advocacy groups and quickly began to find her passion which included helping families navigate their students' educational journey.

As she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Teaching with a specialization in Autism, she experienced the personal side of disability and was blessed with a child diagnosed with Auditory processing deficit disorder. Navigating the system as a parent, advocate and educator gave her a unique perspective.

To continue her education, in 2010 she completed her BCBA certification classes to assist with her growth in behavior support and in 2020, Shannon became a Certified Relationship Coach, to help her clients build and maintain meaningful relationships.
